I love this orthopedic cushion! This is great and so comfortable, this helps my back and leg pain a lot. This is very high quality and durable. This is very easy to clean, just wipe clean, it's water resistant. This does help reduce fatigue, pain and pressure on back, hip, spine caused by long hours of sitting. This really does help reduce back pain, sciatica, pressure ulcers, tailbone injuries and many more common back and hip problems. This is something I would buy again and something that I would recommend to anyone with any back pain, this thing is awesome and works great, excellent quality for sure.
