I really love this set! It is an excellent quality and does it's job. With this you get 8 pieces. A pair of gel heel cups, gel heel cushions, fabric heel grips, gel heels grips. The gel and fabric heel grips keep your heels from slipping out of your shoes and help prevent blisters. The gel heel cups and cushions help relieve sore aching heels, one size of these does fit most feet. These are medical grade heel pads, they absorb forces that aggravate heel pain and put an extra load on joints. These have helped me with my pain a lot, they are great. This is something I would buy again when needed. This is also something that I would recommend to anyone with heel pain.
