I really love Garcinia Cambogia, I have been taking different brands of these for over a year now and I have to say I do enjoy this brand very much. This has helped me the last year with weight loss, but like I said I have been using other brands this past year. I have lost about 15 pounds since I started taking this brand of the garcinia cambogia. This is an excellent quality product and I would recommend it to anyone looking to lose some weight, this does help.
