I tried this Diamond Elite's Focus Matrix and I haven't really noticed much of a change since I started taking it. I've used other products like this before and did notice a difference. This is suppose to help support memory, concentration and increased circulation in the brain. Effective treatment by many for depression and anxiety and as a natural mood elevator.Helps improve memory by helping to repair damage to the synapse-the protein network in the brain. So with what is was suppose to help with for me it just didn't work.
