I tried this Organic Matcha pure green tea powder. It's great, helps increase memory and concentration, antioxidants, stimulate metabolism, energy booster, fat blocker. It is 100% organic. This is a fine milled powderthat came from green tea leaves. It is a emerald green in color. It is rich in polyphenols L- theanine and has many health benefits.
This green tea can be used in ice cream, drinks, bakery products, yogurt, cakes, cookies, desserts, liquors, and nutritional bars and also as tea drink. My favorite is putting this green tea powder in ice cream, tastes great! I've also tried it in cookies, and as a tea drink. So far all the ways I've tried it have been wonderful!
